Our Story

Welcome to Watt + Dot! AKA Watt + Daughters. We are two Montreal sisters and their two daughters with an obsession for bikinis! Growing up in Montreal, in the changing seasons, we couldn’t wait every June to head to our summer cabins by the beach in Nova Scotia. Our love for sand, salty sea & sun began there and led us to travel to sunny destinations, expanding our vision of what would become Watt + Dot. From the Caribbean, South America and southern Europe, we brought home with us what we wanted to deliver to you- a bikini that can take you anywhere, feeling free and your absolute best! After researching many brands worldwide, we designed our perfect cuts that flatter the body and chose fabrics that will last for many dips in the ocean. Throw our suits in your bag for all your beach travel adventures, or slip them on for your summer hangs by the pool. These bikinis are a tribute to our very stylish and cool Grannie, Dorothy, Aka, Dot! Who we fondly remember visiting each summer, seaside in Nova Scotia where the dream began!
